🇪🇸 I started learning Spanish (1205 days ago)

About 1205 days ago, I started learning Spanish on Duolingo 🦉.
At first, it was just a curiosity, a daily habit, something small to keep my mind engaged. But over time, it became much more than that.

For the past few months, I’ve also been taking regular lessons with a teachers (kudos to Ana, Luis and Mariana). I’ve started to notice a real difference: I can read, understand and actually talk in Spanish. And every time I manage to have a real conversation, it feels amazing 🤗.

Why Spanish?

• It’s one of the most widely spoken languages in the world.
• I basically love how it sounds.
• And maybe most important I’m a culer 💙❤️. Being able to connect with other Barça fans and locals in their language gives me huge motivation.

What I’ve learned so far?

• Daily consistency matters more than intensity.
• Real conversations are the fastest way to grow.
• Falling in love with the culture (music, football, people) makes learning feel natural.

Final thoughts

Spanish is becoming more than just a “skill” to me, it feels like opening a door to another world.
I’m excited to keep going.
